King's Court
What is King's Court?
King’s Court is a Boston-based startup at the intersection of entertainment, nightlife, and art. While its current focus is on delivering comedy shows, the vision extends far beyond stand-up, aiming to become a key player in Boston’s thriving art scene and a hub for diverse creative experiences
Problem:
King’s Court Comedy was growing rapidly, but its fragmented brand identity was holding it back from connecting with new audiences and attracting strategic partnerships. Without a clear visual and verbal system, marketing felt inconsistent, merchandise sales underperformed, and the brand lacked the professional polish needed to compete in the entertainment space. The challenge was not just to refresh the visuals, but to define a brand strategy that reflected KCC’s inclusive, high-energy personality and could scale seamlessly across digital platforms, live events, and merchandise
Process
I began by conducting a rapid brand audit, reviewing KCC’s existing visuals, social media presence, and merchandise to identify inconsistencies and missed opportunities. I paired this with stakeholder interviews to capture the founder’s vision and audience insights, ensuring the redesign reflected both business goals and community values.
